Refunds & Returns
At Kat & Magee we are proud of the quality and durability of our garments and to this end we are happy to exchange or refund when needed and based on the below guidelines.
We will accept refunds where the product is faulty or not as described or is different in anyway to the garments you ordered.
We will happily exchange any garment for any reason if the garment is returned unworn with tickets intact.
